Social guarantees

The enterprise has a collective employment agreement in effect and renews it once every three years which provides for social benefits for all employees of the enterprise: conditions for calculating and paying wages, matters of maintaining health, labor protection, training and development of personnel, support for young people, veterans and large families, lump-sum and regular payments of various types of financial assistance.

The interests of workers are represented by the primary trade union organization, which is part of the structure of the Russian Trade Union of Industrial Workers. There is also a commission for the resolution of labor disputes.

Employees are transported to and from the enterprise by company vehicles.

On working days, several hot food outlets are organized: cafes, canteens and a buffet. Partial compensation for hot meals is available for employees.

A medical center is open around the clock at the plant. Employees are vaccinated at the expense of the company, sanatorium treatment and recreation are organized, as well as health improvement for the children of employees.

There is a gym and sport sections available to every employee. Corporate sports and cultural events, creative and leadership contests are regularly organized.
Highly valuable specialists, if necessary, are provided with a place in the plant's dormitory or compensation for rental housing.
