"Ural Locomotives" is developing cooperation with technical and specialized educational institutions in Russia. Representatives of the plant regularly participate in job fairs at educational institutions and organize introductory tours of the production facility for students. Students of higher and secondary educational institutions have the opportunity to undergo paid practical training or internship at the plant, and based on its results, choose a career direction and receive a strong mentor.
For future applicants who want to work at an advanced mechanical engineering enterprise, places are provided in technical universities by the assignment of "Ural Locomotives".

The company pays financial assistance to young workers retired from active duty after completing their military service by conscription, for whom "Ural Locomotives" is their first place of work after being transferred to the reserve, as well as to graduates of secondary and higher educational institutions, for whom the plant became their first place of work after receiving their diploma.

The plant's Youth Committee, in cooperation with the HR department, is in charge for organizing recreation, public events, volunteer activities and supporting the initiatives of young employees.
