Production

"Ural Locomotives" implements a full cycle of railway rolling stock creation, from design to finished products followed by warranty and after-sales service. There are three main production facilities at the plant site in Verkhnyaya Pyshma (Sverdlovsk region): freight locomotives, electric trains and bogies. Automation, original engineering solutions and advanced technologies, including those unique to the Russian transport engineering industry, are widely used in production.

The equipment fleet includes state-of-the-art high-precision machines and CNC machining centers, as well as robotic welding complexes. All production specialists are carefully selected and certified, and regularly enhance their skills at the expense of the company. The company has formed a cluster of Russian component supplier companies to ensure an uninterrupted production process.
