"Ural Locomotives" plant has established its own Warranty and After-Sales Service system. 

Employees of the Rolling Stock Warranty and After-Sales Service Department (RSWASSD) work both directly at the plant and in its 20 regional centers located in various regions of Russia.

The company runs a 24/7 dispatch center that receives hotline calls from locomotive crews at all operation domains of the “Ural Locomotives”- produced rolling stock.

Using the UL-Service information and analytical system developed by the company's specialists, RSWASSD employees monitor the operation of rolling stock equipment according to 700+ parameters. Diagnostic data on the condition of the equipment and the location of the trains are received online from the locomotive or train, which enables to quickly take the necessary measures.
